Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to PetStory.pro digital products sold by Silver Harbor LLC.
1. Digital products
PetStory.pro sells digital products only. No physical goods are shipped.
2. Refund eligibility
- If you were charged more than once for the same order, you may request a refund for the duplicate charge.
- If payment succeeds but the purchased digital product is not delivered because of a technical issue, you may request a refund or re-delivery.
- If a billing error occurs, contact us and we will review the case.
- Please contact us as soon as possible after the charge, and preferably within 7 days of the transaction date.
3. Non-refundable cases
Because our products are digital and often generated or customized after purchase, orders are generally non-refundable once the digital content has been successfully generated, unlocked, delivered, or downloaded, except where required by law.
4. Cancellation
One-time purchases cannot be canceled after successful delivery. If subscription products are offered in the future, cancellation will stop future renewals and will not automatically refund prior charges unless stated otherwise or required by law.
5. How to request help
Send refund, billing, or cancellation questions to mercydomokon@gmail.com. Include the email used at checkout and enough detail for us to locate the transaction.
We aim to review refund-related requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method, subject to payment processor timing.
